- Service Agreement: All services provided by OTR TRANSPORTATION GROUP LLC are subject to a signed agreement between our company and the client, outlining the scope of work, payment terms, and service fees..
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via:

- Bank Transfers
- Billing Structure:
- Fixed-Price Services (e.g., setup fees, consultations) are billed in advance.
- Percentage-Based Services (e.g., truck dispatch) are billed weekly or monthly, based on a mutually agreed percentage of gross load revenue.
- Invoicing: Invoices are issued electronically. Payment is due within the time frame stated on the invoice (typically within 7 days). Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is settled.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are only available for prepaid fixed-price services that have not yet been initiated.
- Once a service has started (e.g., dispatching loads, compliance processing), no refund will be issued.
