We strive to provide our services professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner. All fees, charges, and payment terms will be communicated in writing before services commence. Due to the nature of our work, results may vary depending on operational and regulatory factors. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Welcome to OTR TRANSPORTATION GROUP LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of our logistics and support services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Provided
We offer the following professional services for trucking companies and owner-operators:
- Truck Dispatch
- Safety & Compliance
- Logbook Management
- IFTA Reporting
- Accounting & Administration
- Driver Hiring & Onboarding
- MC/DOT Authority Setup
- General Over-the-Road (OTR) Support for Owner-Operators
All services are tailored to client needs and may be provided on a percentage-based or flat-rate fee structure as agreed in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business and operational information.
- Maintain proper licensing, permits, and insurance as required by law.
- Respond promptly to communication requests from our team.
- Ensure all documentation submitted to us is correct and valid.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due as per the agreed contract, invoice, or percentage-based arrangement.
- We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may result in service delays or suspension.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
Once services have been rendered or significantly utilized, no refund will be issued. Refunds for unutilized services may be processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, operational losses, or loss of profits. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of DELEWARE, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in DELEWARE.
